Technical conditions in the ADEGIS e-shop
At shop.adegis.com each product is available in one of the following technical conditions:
- 1A, 1B: The product is new and unused. We offer a 2-year warranty on it.
- 2A, 2B, 2: Professionally refurbished product with a 2-year warranty.
- Repair service (REPAIR) - The "REPAIR" option means that the repair of this product has been priced in advance. This means that you know how much it will cost to repair your device before you send it to us. This is especially useful if the product you have is not available in new or refurbished condition (1A, 1B, 2A, 2B, 2).
How does flat-rate pricing work?
- Price set in advance. The REPAIR option is a guarantee that the device will be repaired at the set price you see on the website. You don't have to worry about additional costs - we have set the price based on the typical scope of repair work.
- Fixed repair time. For each repair service, we specify an approximate completion time, so you know when your device will be fully operational again. This allows you to better plan your work and minimize downtime in production or operations.
- Two-year warranty. Every repair performed by our company is covered by a 2-year warranty, which means you can be confident about the durability and quality of the service performed. We provide a warranty for the entire repaired device, regardless of the scope of the repair.
- Product unavailable in other options. When browsing our shop, you will notice products unavailable in condition 1A, 1B, 2A, 2B or 2. Such products often have the "REPAIR" option available. This situation means that we only offer product repair and a flat-rate repair price applies here.
What if a product is available in multiple variants?
Some products in our e-shop may be available as new, refurbished or as a repair option. In this case, the choice is yours. If you decide to repair, remember that the price will be in line with the flat-rate price list and you will gain a two-year warranty on the service performed.
Ask about repair
If you are interested in repairing a product but do not see the flat-rate pricing option or have specific questions, you can use the "Ask about repair" feature. Simply send us an inquiry with the product details and we will help you with further process.
After clicking the button on the product page, a short form will appear, which will allow us to easily identify your device and assess the possibility of repair.
However, if you prefer direct contact or need to discuss the problem in detail, you can always choose the telephone contact option. This is an ideal solution when you want to quickly get answers to your questions and establish the details of the repair. Regardless of which option you choose, you can count on our support and professional approach to each order.
I ordered a repair in the shop - what next?
After ordering a repair, it's time to deliver the broken part to our service center. Simply send your device to our headquarters address, which you can find here: https://adegis.com/en/contact/poland
After a successful repair, you will need to pay for the service. Although the shop offers an option to pay immediately (e.g. by quick transfer or PayPal), you will only need to pay the invoice after the service has been completed. The invoice will be sent by email to the address provided when reporting the repair.
