Submitting a complaint and using the guarantee

Dear Customer! To file a warranty claim, please complete the form below and then send the defective device to our registered office address: ADEGIS Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., ul. Marklowicka 21D, 44-300 Wodzisław Śląski, Poland. This will allow us to streamline the complaint process and solve your problem faster.

Please note that the form below is only for submitting complaints and should not be used, for example, to cancel an order.

Useful information about warranty and complaints

How long is the warranty?

  • All new and refurbished products, as well as repair services, are covered by a 24-month warranty (counted from the invoice date).
  • Used devices from our offer come with a 3-month warranty.

How to file a claim?

  • If you notice a defect, report it within 7 business days of discovering it.
  • Submit your claim using the form available at: https://adegis.com/en/pages/complaint-form 
  • Send us the device – either in its original packaging or properly secured for transport.

How do we handle claims?

After receiving the claim and the device, we have 21 business days to process it (30 days if additional expertise is required).

If the claim is accepted, we will decide whether to:

  • Repair the device;
  • Replace it with a new one;
  • Refund your money (in this case, we retain the faulty item).

Submitting a claim does not suspend the obligation to pay for the product or service!

If repair or replacement is not possible, we will issue a corrective invoice and refund the amount paid.

If the complaint proves to be unfounded, we will charge the Customer the costs associated with its consideration in the amount of EUR 150 net (plus any transport costs).
 

What is not covered by the warranty?

  • The warranty does not cover: mechanical damage, misuse, external factors (e.g., power surges), or consumables (e.g., batteries).
  • Warranty is void in cases of: unauthorized repairs or modifications, broken seals or security features, or failure to meet the reporting deadlines or conditions.
