- Does the discount also apply to repair or exchange service?
No, in this case the promotion only applies to the purchase of devices. - What condition are the devices in? What's the lead time?
All devices are refurbished products from our internal warehouse. There is a standard shipping time of up to 48 hours and a 2-year warranty. - I already have a discount on orders, will you add it to the promotional price?
In this case, discounts cannot be combined. The exception is a purchase through an online shop - after creating an account, you can normally receive an additional 5% discount on the prices visible in the shop.
