Exchange services for industrial automation
Thanks to many years of cooperation with maintenance departments, we are perfectly aware of how important it is to save time and reduce costs in the event of a failure. That's why we decided to introduce an exchange service, which is a quick and cheap alternative to repair. The service involves replacing the damaged item with a used but functional one. It is most often implemented for Siemens devices, including: SIMODRIVE 611 modules, OP7 operator panels or TD17 displays. All the customer has to do is contact us and we will present a convenient offer and, after accepting it, we will immediately send a working product. Such a scenario allows you to plan the replacement of a damaged component at a convenient time, for example without taking a machine operating in emergency mode out of production.
How does it work?
- The customer contacts ADEGIS with information about the damaged component.
- We present a price offer.
- The customer accepts the offer.
- We send a functional component within 24 hours.
- The customer replaces their component.
- Return the damaged component to ADEGIS within 14 days.
The condition for using this service is to return the non-functioning device to ADEGIS. The device must be repairable.
