Repair of operator panels in our company includes the following stages:

Panel diagnostics. We start each repair by identifying the scope of damage the panel has taken. After visually assessing the technical condition, we perform a backup of client's software and settings. We carry out diagnostics of the touch system, display and communication modules. We measure passive and semiconductor components.

Cleaning. Devices operating in difficult industrial conditions are particularly exposed to contamination and dirt. Therefore, we clean individual panel elements using ultrasonic cleaners, and then dry them in our industrial dryers.

Components repair and replacement. Depending on the need, we replace:

• touch screen,
• display,
• front,
• housing.

We repair backlights, power supplies and communication modules. We replace keyboards or create them from scratch – you can see sample projects below.

Testing the device. Testing the panel after the repair guarantees effective service and significantly reduces complaint rate. Therefore, we always check the operation of the touch screen, display, keyboard, communication modules and input/output modules.

If the extent of the damage does not allow for effective repair, we follow a strict no cure – no pay principle, which means that our client does not bear any costs.
